Synopsis
It’s summer. Following a decision by the health authorities, many hospital departments have been closed and those that remain open are overwhelmed. A strike by SOS Médecins is exacerbating the situation, leaving an entire population without access to healthcare. Patients are flooding in and tensions are running high. At Poincaré Hospital, caregivers quickly realize that the instructions are untenable, and some decide to disobey.
