How did the 3rd Reich finance its war machine upon Hitler gaining access to power? When his armies invaded Poland, the state purse was empty. The Nazis pillaged gold, works of art, central banks, etc. Switzerland, although supposedly neutral, was to play the part of currency exchange unit, providing Hitler with the funds necessary to acquire the primary resources necessary for his armaments factories. How did this little know fact recently become known? What archives and documents proves Switzerland’s involvement? Who are those who uncovered the heavy responsibility of Switzerland in WWII?
