Synopsis
This film is being screened as a Special Screening at the 2026 Cannes Film Festival.
To make a living, Laura takes a job working for Souria. Settled in a mansion in the Golden Triangle by her lover, a wealthy Saudi prince, Souria lives in anticipation of his visits. As Laura struggles to adapt to this world of excessive luxury and constant surveillance, a fragile bond forms between the two women. But Laura senses that danger looms over Souria and that this gilded cage could well close in on them both.
